Photography: An official photographer will be taking photos during the event, some of which may be posted on social media. Please let him (or one of the organisers at the reception desk) know if you'd rather not appear in any photos.

Arrival/departure times: The event officially begins at 5pm on Thursday which is when the reception desk will open. The organisers and some exhibitors will be on site setting up from early afternoon.  You may arrive from 2pm if you wish, but if so you may get asked to help set things up and may not get the organisers' full attention. Gaming will open in the Group Room and Manor House whenever setting up is finished. Please do not start playing games whilst others are still working to get the event ready. Note that we won't be able to tell you your room, give out lanyards/badges, or register you onto scheduled events until the reception desk opens.

The event officially finishes at 4pm on Sunday. We need to be off-site by 5pm. So if you are still around after 4pm you will be asked to help in clearing up so that we leave the venue clean and tidy.

Dormitories may be of mixed gender. We will try to put those who wish to be in the same room together although we cannot guarantee this.  The Pod Village is close to a large purpose-built toilet and hot shower block. All pods include a heating system, lighting and USB charging points.

Some rooms may be available for group bookings.  Details for 2022 to follow in due course.

There is free car parking for event attendees in carparks either close to the Manor House or to the Pod Village.

Campervans, Motorhomes and Caravans:  there is parking for these close to the Pod Village's toilet and shower block.  This will be bookable through the organisers for all 4 days.

Accessibility

In line with our commitment to be inclusive we would like the event to be accessible as possible within the constraints of the venue.

Regarding mobility considerations: it is possible to park within a few metres of the manor house or camping pods and the various gaming areas are in different buildings a short distance (10s of metres) from each other which we believe are accessible by wheelchairs or mobility scooters.

Three of the pods are accessible for wheelchairs with adjustable-height beds .  The bedrooms in the manor house are on the first or second floor are accessed using a wide staircase but  there is not a lift although a disabled toilet is available on the first floor as well as on the ground floor.

Please contact us if you have any questions or needs which you would like us to take into account if possible.
